First look at our project with Autodesk Maya and Rockstar


Here is the announcement we’ve been looking forward to sharing with our Long Winter community! We are incredibly proud to have worked on a killer new project with Rockstar and Autodesk Maya to showcase the new features of Maya 2018.

Autodesk has posted a preview of some of the film on their blog – here’s a quick sneak peek of some of the work we did:

Maya 2018 is showing off some great features and stability improvements. It’s hard to go back to our 2016/17 workflow after this project. Stay tuned on our Facebook page and our blog for a look at the whole film – it’s going to be amazing!

    Hey guys! Absolutely LOVE this character and the animation workflow example. I’d love to see a detailed tutorial on how you set up the facial rigging controls and utilized the Pose and Shape editors. Will you be at Siggraph next week demoing for Autodesk?
